In 2014 I decided to take on a path away from my loved ones and from everything I knew to adventure into the unknown. This path led me to a challenging route that gave me the opportunity to undertake a healthier life. I was introduced to practices that demanded my full attention and devotion in order to become more physically, mentally and spiritually active. Living in Thailand for the past 2,5 years I have practiced, taught and learnt the basic principals of Chinese Chi Kung and Kung Fu as well as Thai Traditional Practices.
As a Massage Therapist and Chi Kung Instructor, my aim is to inspire action through a spiral touch. I know that massage therapy can bring uncountable benefits to you and the ones around you, aligned with Chi Kung exercises you will have a life-long remedy in your own hands.
